A solid pine frame with a carrom-grade ply face plate, held by magnets. Each frame has its own grain, so no two Hexa Hangs are the same — just like no two journeys are.

No. Hexa Hang is for the medals you've earned. We don't include one — that's not the point.

The frame is real solid pine — no prints, no imitation grain. The face plate is carrom-grade ply, chosen because a plate that thin has to stay flat for years. Both are real wood; one is engineered on purpose.

Pine has a distinctive, visible grain — every board runs differently, which suits a brand built on the idea that every achievement is unique. The face plate is a different job: it holds your ribbon and has to stay perfectly flat, and solid wood cut that thin will cup and split. Carrom-grade ply is the same panel used for tournament carrom boards, chosen for exactly that reason.

Close, but not identical. Every piece has its own grain, knots, and tone variations. That's by design. If you want something machine-perfect and uniform, Hexa Hang isn't it.

Not at launch. We're starting with one material, one finish — done well — instead of spreading thin.

The hexagonal face has a slot cutout. You thread your medal's lanyard (the strap/ribbon) through the slot — the medal hangs in the circular area on the front, and the excess lanyard tucks neatly behind the piece. Clean front. No clutter.

If your medal has a standard lanyard or ribbon, yes. The slot is designed for lanyard widths up to 25mm.

Lanyards thicker than 25mm won't thread cleanly through the slot. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we'll help you check.

No. One Hexa Hang holds one medal. That's intentional — each win deserves its own space. If you have multiple medals, that's what bundles are for.

Yes. The medal isn't glued or locked in. You can change it whenever you want — when you earn a new one, or when you want to rotate which medal is on display.

Yes, within reason. Standard sports, race, and achievement medals are well within range. Extremely heavy or oversized medals (beyond typical event medals) may not be ideal — when in doubt, ask us before ordering.

The current design works with lanyard/ribbon-style medals. Medals on chains will also work as long as the chain fits through the slot.

Hexa Hang comes with double-sided adhesive tape pre-applied on the back. Peel, press firmly against the wall for 30 seconds, and you're done. No drilling, no nails.

On most painted or smooth surfaces, the tape removes cleanly with care. On textured walls, freshly painted walls (less than 30 days old), or wallpaper, results may vary. We recommend testing on a small area first.

The product is designed for double-tape mounting only. We don't recommend drilling into it — it can split the wood.

Best on: smooth painted walls, glass, tile, metal, sealed wood. Not recommended for: brick, raw concrete, fabric-covered walls, textured wallpaper.

The adhesive is rated to comfortably hold the Hexa Hang plus a standard medal. Don't hang anything else from it.

With proper installation on a clean, dry, suitable surface — it's designed to last. If you ever need a replacement, we'll ship one along with your next order — just let us know.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. That's it.

No. The wood is sensitive to moisture. Water, cleaning sprays, or damp cloths can damage the surface, warp the wood, or affect the grain.

Hexa Hang is built for indoor use only. Don't mount it in bathrooms, near open windows, in balconies, or anywhere with direct exposure to humidity or rain.

Keep away from open flames, candles, fireplaces, direct stovetops, or any high-heat source. It's wood — it will burn or scorch.

Long-term direct sunlight can fade and dry out the wood. Mount it somewhere it gets ambient light, not direct sun for hours every day.

Treated well — kept dry, out of direct sun, away from heat — it's built to last for years.

Yes. Four tiers. The Solo (1 unit, ₹879), The Trio (3 units, ₹2,449 — save ₹188), The Collection (6 units, ₹4,699 — save ₹575), The Legacy (12 units, ₹8,969 — save ₹1,579). All prices include GST.

Two reasons. First, bundles come at a better per-unit value. Second, they're built around how achievement actually accumulates — you don't earn one medal and stop.

The Solo if it's your first or you want to try one. The Trio if you have a few medals already. The Collection if you're a serious athlete building a real wall. The Legacy if you're displaying a career of work.

Each order is one bundle tier. But you can come back and order more — many buyers start with The Trio and grow into The Collection or Legacy as their wall fills up.

Yes. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your card details.

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Delivery after dispatch: 1–2 days (Kolkata), 3–5 days (metro cities), 5–7 days (Tier 2/3 cities), 7–10 days (remote areas). You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once dispatched.

Shipping is free on all orders within India. No shipping charges are added at checkout.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal by email. A WhatsApp notification is also sent if WhatsApp is enabled on the number you provided at checkout.

Our logistics partner (Shipway) will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package returns to us. We'll contact you within 48 hours to arrange redelivery. If you'd prefer not to redeliver, or if we don't hear back within 7 days, we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund — no deductions.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, you may be able to — but you must email orders@hexahang.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes after that or once the order enters production may not be possible. Once dispatched, address changes aren't possible.

No. We require a complete physical address with a valid pin code.

We accept returns only for defects — transit damage (report within 72 hours of delivery), fulfilment errors such as a wrong item (report within 7 business days), or confirmed manufacturing defects (report within 7 business days). Email returns@hexahang.com with your order ID and photographs. For confirmed claims, return shipping is arranged and paid by us.

Photograph the outer packaging before unboxing, then photograph the damage from multiple angles. Email returns@hexahang.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order ID and all photographs. For confirmed transit damage, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Yes — within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn't already been dispatched. Email orders@hexahang.com with your order ID to cancel.

Once the 24-hour window closes, or the order is dispatched (whichever comes first), cancellation isn't possible. If the product arrives defective, the Refund Policy applies.

Once your claim is approved (inspection takes up to 5 business days after we receive the return), Razorpay initiates the reversal within 2–3 business days. Your bank typically takes a further 7–10 business days to reflect the credit.

We don't offer exchanges — our model is refund and reorder. For a confirmed defect, we'll refund you to your original payment method; you can then reorder at the current price. We don't hold replacement stock for swaps.
